The Scout

Know it before it is public.
Act before it is priced in.

The Scout reads the government record every weekday and tells you what is being built in your counties — while it is still a filing, not a ribbon-cutting.

What you get

A short written brief, every weekday morning, covering the counties you choose. Someone has already decided what mattered. Five things, not five hundred.

Behind each one is a Project Dossier — the developer, the contractor, the design firm, the parcel, the money, and every signal that has landed on that project since we first saw it. The file gains a row each time something moves, and it never rewrites what came before.

Who it is for

Firms that get into a deal early and gain from being in the conversation before the work is awarded. Land surveyors. Civil and land-development engineers. Title companies and commercial lenders. Small developers who want to know what is landing next to them.

Being early rarely wins the job outright. It keeps you in the room while there is still room to move.

Why it did not exist until now

The data has always been public. Reading all of it, every day, across twenty-two counties, and turning it into something a person can act on in four minutes used to take a publishing desk. It no longer does. That is the whole reason a service at this price can exist for firms the enterprise platforms priced out.
